Cancellation Policy

Please note that it is often difficult for us to find someone to fill your seat. You will not incur a cancellation charge if you can find a substitute to take your place. We charge a cancellation fee because there is a cost associated with the registration process. We also commit to purchasing food, course materials and instructor fees. If you think there is a possibility that you may cancel, please read our Refund Policy below before you complete the registration process.

Refund Policy

In-Person Courses:

If you cancel your registration prior to 21 days of class start date, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 cancellation fee. No refunds if cancellation occurs 21 days or less prior to class start date. If you are unable to attend and unable to substitute, Restoration Academy will provide you with a credit if notified 10 days prior to the start date of class for your course fee. That credit will have an expiration date of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase for the same course.

No refunds or credit for no shows.

A full refund will be provided if, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are required to cancel one of our classes.

Restoration Academy does not accept responsibility for any losses you might incur relating to any travel expenses.

Live-Streaming:

All registrations for livestream classes are final. Payment must be made at the time of registration. No refunds or credits for livestream classes once registration is complete.

Substitutions In-Person/Livestream

If you are unable to attend class after registering, you may substitute another person within your organization at any time prior to the start date of class without incurring any additional charges. Please call or email the training center and we’ll be glad to do this for you.

Substitutions are not permitted on the day of class.

Verification of cancellation/Terms and Conditions policy:
