Building Construction Identification (BCI)
Price: $350
Instructor: Bryan Brainerd
BCI is designed to prepare students to identify materials, assemblies, remodeling methods, or building construction (based on region and age) prior to assessing damages in light commercial and residential restoration projects. Students should better understand their ability to save or replace, along with the many specific influences that different materials and assemblies have upon remediation, mitigation, and restoration techniques.
The content of this course will supplement all other IICRC-approved mitigation and restoration courses.
BCI is for anyone performing work or inspections in properties with damages; whether present or potential. This would include cleaners, inspectors, IEPs, restorers, estimators, supervisors, and other industry professionals.
Course Details:
The BCI course is conducted over a 2-day period encompassing 14 hours of actual course instruction with additional time required for exam periods, breaks, and lunch.
