How do I register for an IICRC exam?

Before the course starts you will need to log in to the IICRC Website by clicking here to pay and register for an exam. We recommend you do this as soon as you pay for your livestream course.
In-person course exams are required in person, not available online. To be eligible to take in-person exams payment is required before attending class.
How do I register for a class?

In-Person classes: Simply visit our In-Person menu of classes by clicking here and choose the class and date you want to enroll in. You will receive an email receipt for your payment and a confirmation email with a link to download the course study material. Should you not locate these in your inbox be sure to check your spam.
Livestream classes: Simply visit our menu of classes by clicking here and choose the class and date you want to enroll in. You will receive a confirmation email with all links and information to include course study material and course manual.
What time zone are the classes in?

All classes, In-Person and Livestream are held in Eastern Standard Time, EST.
How long does it take to get my test results?

Restoration Academy has nothing to do with getting test results. The IICRC will mail your certificate, if you have not received your test results or certificate you will need to contact exams (844) 464-4272 or email exams@iicrcnet.org
How many CEC hours do I need to keep my certification valid?

Every 4 years, certified technicians are required to complete 14 continuing education credits (CEC) hours. We have an online IICRC CE course available by clicking here.
What should I wear?

We recommend work clothes; you will work in our wet restore house during our hands-on drying course and our hands-on fire course.
***Safe sturdy shoes are required for the restore house.***
Do I need to bring any tools?

Do I need to rent a car?

If you are flying into Indianapolis International Airport the best way to get to Restoration Academy each day is to rent a car, or you can use Uber if you prefer. The airport is about an hour from the academy, hotels are within 15-20 minutes of the academy.

I'm booking a flight. When should I fly in and what time does class end on the last day?

We recommend flying into Indianapolis International Airport. Fly in the day before the class starts.
If you fly out the last day of class it is best to get a flight after 6:30 PM, class will not end until 5:00 PM. The airport is about an hour from the academy.
