Bryan has been involved in the restoration industry since 1994 and instructing seminars and classes since 2000. Prior to starting Restoration Academy, he worked for ServPro and Paul Davis Restoration Inc., consulting on a wide variety of restoration jobs. He has developed training programs for employees, managers and owners of several restoration firms. After leaving Paul Davis Inc., Bryan was General Manager of Paul Davis of Indianapolis North until starting Restoration Academy in 2012.

Bryan spent five years instructing in the Air Force. This combination of experience and training greatly benefits those who take his class or use a manual that he has helped to develop.

Bryan has been approved by the IICRC to instruct the Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Fire Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) and the Applied Structural Drying (ASD) Courses. He is an IICRC Master Water Restorer and Fire and Smoke Restorer.Bryan is an approved instructor for Continuing Education Courses in Indiana for Agents and Adjusters. Bryan is very passionate about learning. He stills loves teaching especially to students that want to learn and help grow the industry.

Bryan currently serves on the IICRC Instructor and Schools Committee,

IICRC Restoration Division Chair, IICRC ASD Chair, and a Director with the IICRC Board of Directors.
